
I love Kayaking!!
The next day I thought I would try and go kayaking. I really struggled to walk into town with mini panic attacks trying to take over and I just wanted to go home. I arrived at the club and it was lovely and sunny, I was given the keys and offered a boat, I was nervous I would panic on the water but also thought right I will get on and work as hard as I could and get my heart rate up in a healthy way. I got on not feeling overly great but the more I sprinted the better I felt, and on my last run I did a really fast and perfect start I had ever done in my 7 years of slalom. I felt happy and went home with a smile on my face and felt relaxed the rest of that day.
