My Worst Panic Attack
I booked a doctors appointment up at uni and had booked the train to get there. I felt slightly nervous in the morning and went to the station I felt dizzy while waiting for the train but I think that was the worry of leaving home. I struggled to stay relaxed on the train, I tried to watch a film but after an hour I ran out of energy to keep myself calm. When I have been trying to keep myself calm or have an attack I get really violent ingestion to the extent I feel like I am going to throw up every other breath. I went to the trains bathroom to try and relaxed without anyone looking at me which slightly worked, luckily we arrived at Bristol within a few minutes and I got off the train. I went straight to the information desk to try and seek help as I couldn’t breath and needed some help. I phoned my relatives to come and pick me up as I wasn’t going to be able to stay on the next train, I paced the platform for an hour and phoned friends in an attempt to stay calm. Once in my relatives car I crashed and just wanted to sleep. They took me home, the next few days I remained indoors, I was my normal self and was getting on with my uni work happily. I didn’t want to go outside and it was hard for me and my family to try and work out what to do.
