The Following Day

Going to a lecture the day after

I had a lecture the next day all about year three and dissertations, the same thing began to happen the panic attacks would come in waves, you would get it under control to a certain extent and then it would hit your heart and mind again and you would have to get it under control. Trying to do this whilst listening was hard work and luckily it was only half an hour as I wouldn’t have lasted much longer.

Going Home

That afternoon I got the train home to Somerset, I didn’t have much of a problem on the train and manage to get home, an hour after getting in however, I was off to the theatre to watch my sister in a show Sweeny Todd. I was nervous on the way there I couldn’t stay in my seat. During the first half I was really panicky, during certain songs or scenes it would be worse, I was really struggling and wanted to leave, however, my sisters solo was on next and I really wanted to see her, I stayed and watched her, she was amazing. I managed to stay until the last 10 minutes of the first half as I needed to bathroom. In the second half it went off I felt relaxed and enjoyed it.

The following evening I went to the show again to support my sister, exactly the same thing happened.
